Death wish: 2 armed robbers decide to rob gun store

A gun store owner shot and killed a man attempting to rob his store Monday morning, according to police.

The owner of Dixie Gun and Pawn on Veterans Memorial Parkway in Cobb County, along with one other worker, had just opened the store when two men with ski masks and guns came in, according to investigators. Police say the owner pulled out his gun and fired, hitting one of the gunmen.

The second gunman took off in a silver Dodge Magnum and headed east down Veterans Memorial Parkway. Police are still searching for that man, and said they believe he is armed.

While there have been many successful gun store burglaries in the past year late at night after the stores close and there are no longer, actual armed robberies of gun stores during business hours tend to have a low success rate, as the owners tend to be better armed and better trained than the robbers.

I read something interesting about black high school graduation rates yesterday and just confirmed it: The state with the highest percent of black students graduating from high school is TX at 84%. In NY only 63% of blacks graduate from high school. In CA that % is 66%. Why are those big liberal states so bad for black students? Looking at a couple other states - WV and AR - that liberals consider backward and primitive .. goobers as you put it. In those states the black graduation rates are 74% and 78%, respectively. They're beating liberal NY and CA too. governing.com The more liberal, the greater the failure imo.
