While I wish Jim Nelson the best of luck,I have just been advised
by a former shareholder of DGSD to be very very cautious regards this
company. There are things about this that as of yet just don't make sense
and that includes the wording of the deal with MSFT.And yes it
makes no sense that MSFT would buy into a reverse split---too,too
many unanswered questioned.
Anyone investing into this I feel,IMHO,should do so only with what
they view as "throwaway" money--as right now it is all rumour and
conjecture and all that stuff.max90

granted it doesnt make sense that msft would buy into a reverse split. This whole transaction is pocket change for them. My guess is these guys have some smart people or some intellectual property that is important.

Also, the comment on the test with gte & comcast sounds like Mr. Gates' beginning of his deployment into our home. He wants to be the key vehicle for content providers.

Check out what happened to Citrix.

I knew a Del Clark who went to grade school and high school with me in Louisville, Ky . Are you the same? cb
