Am I mistaken here or, isn't Araldica required to publish a financial report and distribute copies of it to stockholders every so often? The
last report I'm aware of was the balance sheet at July 31, 1997 (a long time ago) issued in a press release dated Aug. 18, 1997. Also, in
that release, it was indicated that the income statement for the period 1/1/97 to 12/31/97 approximated 150% of the reporting period. Does that mean that the .01 per share income was also approximated at the 150% level for the full year?

Also, in the investor packet from L.G. Zangani, Inc. was a letter stating that, "Araldica Wineries Ltd. is engaged in the nationwide marketing and distribution of premium Italian wines........"

Either it is or, it isn't. I sure would like to know which it is.

Does anyone know?

Glad I didn't have to pay for the investor packet.
