Let the honkeys start to pay for what they've done in the past. Don't want to pay for more jails...then stop locking people up for pimping and smokin...knowhatimsayin? Ain't hurtin nobody. They just gotta have more inmates for those private prisons. You don't see no black folks owning no prisons.
