JFD, There are many firms that are sued nearly every day and for nearly every reason you can imagine. Microsoft, GM, even Disney.....However right or wrong the suits may be, their stock price continues to rise due to the fundamentals of the company and the products they continue to produce. Paul sees Presstek as a washed up company, surpassed in their technology niche and no real source of continuation of income that would put the skids on their record earnings. As intelligent as Paul portrays himself on the thread, I believe him to be blinded by the recent downturn of the stock and his own interpretation of recent events. Investors chase earnings and Presstek has the ability to earn many times their current earnings based on the direction of their technology. There are so many different announced projects that are right now approaching production status, that it is quite impossible for the company to not increase their profit margins by many times over the near future. The clues we have learned by studying the recent patents show incredible and marvelous technological advances. It is quite clear that the bears have no interest in publicly acknowledging they exist or that other major agreements provide any income to the company. I am quite sure the bears hope and pray Presstek IS bound by confidentiality agreements, not permitting them to report this forward information.

Well, understand this, Presstek still sits with less than half it's outstanding shares available to trade. Very few shareholders that understand the direction this company is headed will sell at these prices. Others that do, are looking for the first opportunity to repurchase and still others are seeking the lowest price to add more to their abundant positions. At what point will the company see the attractive value of adding their own shares to their treasury?

It will not take much for the shares of this stock to skyrocket again. When the company provides the market with any details regarding their latest ventures and progress on their existing projects the demand for stock will again repeat as it always has in the past. Paul, investors want results and Presstek will provide them!

Amazing how Paul has deliberately ignored the last Presstek press release that states there are new projects pending with Heidelberg.
And of course, what on earth would FUJI ever see in Presstek? Why would a $15 billion dollar company be interested in Presstek? Why would they not even acknowledge the partnership with a press release as they do all their other contracts? I smell big things ready to explode, so secret that it disturbs those that are asked and afraid to answer or of publicity. Of course, this can't be all that important.....not with a "no nothing" company like little tiny Presstek....why, there is so many other "real" companies out there that disclose all their secrets and never have been sued! Right Paul....They have much more to offer in advanced technology......don't they Paul? Poor little Presstek, can't get no respect!
