To all,
I see Joe Topro/Tokyo Mex and Mike Winn are having a good time at our expense.

I try to do my own DD and I posed some questions to SYNT last week. Here's their response from 1/2/98.

1. Are there any recent filing of insider selling/buying?
NO.

2. Is there any known activity to account for the recent acute rise in the price without any news?
BETTER MARKET AWARENESS. END OF TAX SELLING.
LAIDLAW STRONG BUY RECOMMENDATION. COVERAGE ON DOW JONES NEWS, BARRONS, INVESTOR'S BUSINESS DAILY.

3. I found S&P filing detailing 3% institutional ownership, is that
correct and are there other institutions evaluating your company? LATEST FIGURES I SAW REPORTED 15 INSTITUTIONAL HOLDERS FOR 4.6%.

4. I looked through the last 2 years' news and was wondering if there
are followups to talks with Chrysler and Ford? Additionally, what's the outlook in your talks with various foreign governments--particularly Mexico and China. SYNTEL IS A Q1 PROVIDER TO FORD AND ON CHRYSLER PREFERRED VENDOR LIST. WE ENJOY STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH BOTH COMPANIES.

Hope this helps.

Jonathan
