Sure, in the primaries, it did. No one had seen anything quite like it. I hadn't, either. And it tried my patience at first. But the reality is that the choice was between an incompetent Hillary Clinton and an accomplished Donald Trump. Honestly, it was a no brainer at that point. Today, I see a man who, if anyone can, is likely to reform government in ways I've never believed possible. Maybe not, in which case I'll go back to thinking the country is a lost cause, which I've believed for a lot of years. But I knew instantly that Hillary Clinton was not going to be the one to drag it out of the ditch.
