Mix some general Y2K hype with another round of contracts on the desk (or in the drawer or somewhere), add a sudden blip in the chart and a dash of maybe-the-shorts-will-get-squeezed this time, topped with a lot of pent up long hope, and bake for the holiday weekend and you get the Hot List. Daytraders could be zeroing in for a quick point or two today. Once they have their fun, it will be back to business as usual unless Jack has some real business to report.
