So, we're going to retrain former rust belt factory workers to be 'Software engineers. Robotics people' ? I remember my 'Intro to Programming' class started with forty people, and eight of us made it through. A lot of the initial attendees wanted to learn to program for the money, but had no real interest or aptitude for the field. Those of us that did make it had already been programming before we ever took the class.
