Most excellent. Why bother learning from experience? Massive housing bubble far exceeding prior peak in parts of CA especially SV.. Why don't you ever talk about it this time? 10 years ago that was all you and I talked about...lol How much more unaffordable can it get when GOP opens up the spigots to easy financing yet again in such a low rate environment? You are nothing but a boring old partisan hack living in his/her bubble... Personally I was pissed at the housing bubble, ineffective middle east high cost military intervention, record wealth disparity, unbalanced economy and doubling federal deficit under GWB. Not much different than Obama other than he is the affirmative action president with training wheels courtesy of the Fed the past eight years keeping things afloat into perpetuity..
