What state do you live in? It's not a complicated question. I can look up how your local community decided to spend your 2009 Stimulus Funds. If you pissed your infrastructure funds away like a loser without any lasting benefit you need to give yourself a hard look in the mirror and figure out where you went wrong. I'm big on personal responsibility. — If Mitch McConnell votes to give you more money for infrastructure — what's going to prevent you from pissing-away your new funding? You sound like a really bad investment.
