So you buy a stock based on what it did yesterday? I'm a little different, I buy for tomorrow. I ignore trailing pe.

Buy the way, I agree on the risk with CSCO, however, CSCO's trailing earning has about $.50 in writeoffs for acquired R&D, so the trailing PE is misleading. CSCO is only trading at ~29x next 4qs earnings. High, but not that high.
