I think they're more business partners... Trump delivers Exxon Mobil deal, in exchange for consideration to be determined and assistance in getting elected. Who knows what sort of deal they struck together behind closed doors in Moscow. Whatever it was, It's clear that it's a win win situation for Putin and Dump. Maybe it's more like Putin's whore.
