Stupid and ignorant people can be fooled all of the time, but they're not a majority of the population. You can't build an economy with a box of stupid, just as you can't find oil and gas with Adam and Eve and Noah's Arc. We need a core of intelligent and educated people who can keep the economy working while the stupid and ignorant spend their time memorizing fairy tales and Tweeting each other fantastical lies. For this reason it's a pretty good assumption that Mike Pence will be running the government while Donald Trump sits on the toilet typing "word salad" Tweets on his phone which go over everyone's head, apart from other word salad experts like Sarah Palin.
