It's a screwup is what it is, it's not a sign that management has it's act together. They know what kind of promotions they will be running, and they had the great months in the fall as an indicator of demand, so why did we run out of hardware at the most important time of the year? I'm pissed. Somebody better take responsibility for this and try to get the sales back that they lost. And they better not screw up and overestimate demand for '98 and end up with writing off inventory they could not sell. Message to DISH: Get your shi(r)t together on the equipment forecasting side! FB
