I2, I'm surprised at you. You've got many years in the market, and you should know better (well, imo.)
I find myself holder of a unique account in which interest and dividend income is beneficial while capital gains do me no good except to the extent that they produce future dividend or interest income. On the other hand, capital losses are frowned upon.

Any ideas?
There's a fund that specializes in it - I don't recall them being very successful though.
Do you recall the name of the fund?

Thanks,

I2
