Does anyone ever stopped to ask what is TJ's Watch&Brief? Perhaps people had always thought "oh, this, coming from TJ, is a clever way to end a posting after putting forward some idea." No it is not. Watch&Brief does not make any sense. My wife was watching a series and the guy mention watching brief. I asked did she say Watch&Brief? My wife said. No. she mentioned a legal term watching brief I looked up what watching brief means: an act of watching the actions of a person or organization to make sure nothing illegal or wrong is being done Happy New year to you too.
