I'm curious why you think the economy is going to take off under Trump.

1) We have already had a pretty long expansion. What does that hint to you?
2) The recovery to date has been under very accommodative monetary policy, which is now tightening.
3) The stock market is relatively high, and has been so for some time, and got there partly due to 2) above.
4) Most of what Trump has talked about, if he actually follows through, will cause lots of uncertainity and likely quite a bit of dislocation the global economy. This generally isn't good for stocks.

So against the above, what is your bull case for stocks?
