If your trying to evaluate "the idea of the right", you would have to have a more coherent and well defined set of ideas to evaluate. One idea I'd like to see examined/tested is the business of shutting down departments. I'd like to see fleshed out and costed out proposals on eliminating education or energy or epa or whatever. That's a put up or shut up idea, not subject to a lot of complicating variables. I'm tired of seeing things like that used as red meat without substance. Do it or get over it. BTW, have you given any thought to the Kansas taxes test bed?
