Tim, it is more than the voter ID laws. It is restricting early voting, but only in some counties with large black populations. It is reducing the number of polling stations, in some cases down to 1, again only in certain counties. Quietly purging the voting rolls of people. Guess what most of the ones purged tended to be? Apparently anyone can challenge another persons right to vote. If the one challenged doesn't show up for the hearing, they get purged. And so on. There are more.
