It means that if AGW is real the only way to fix the issue is by heat rejection to deep space. I trust you understand the concept - but as a good lefty you may not. Think radiation heat transfer which is a function of T4 - do you know the equations of radiant heat transfer? Let me guess - math and science was never something you did well in.
