As for curtailing in one county over another, I didn't see enough information to draw a conclusion. We don't know the size of the counties where polling places were reduced or the historical voting patterns in those counties. But even if it was done for no other reason than to suppress voting, those polling places were increased back after the criticism came out. And in time for everyone who wanted to vote to get to the polls. We've said enough though. If you persist in believing that NC was lost because of voter suppression, then that's OK. Considering that Romney won the state in 2012 that seems like a bit of a stretch to me.
