It is time for Gumm to start moving up, early in quarter or not. The stock has fallen greatly in spite of repeated good news and optimistic future earnings statements by Jerry Kern. Either nobdy believes this will occur or the market has been overly abusive to a true growth stock. I think its the latter and that this stock will turnaround very soon.

Hi Mike.
It's that time again....
<<Kinda figured it was time for you to crawl out from under your rock.....>>

A friend passed the following to my attention today. Thought you might be interested. What confidence this instills in one.

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 28, 1998--Gum Tech International, Inc. (NASDAQ:GUMM) announced today that the agenda for the Board of Director's meeting called for February 10 will include, among other things, a performance review of the company's chief executive officer, Gerald Kern. The outcome of the meeting is uncertain.

Hi Mike.

<<Kinda figured it was time for you to crawl out from under your rock.....>>

Once again it's that time. Did you happen to read the following?

Anaxagoras
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
<<PHOENIX, March 25 (Reuters) - Gum Tech International Inc.
said late Wednesday it has restated its financial statements
for the year ended Dec. 31, 1996, and for the first three
quarters of fiscal 1997.
Gum Tech said in a news release it also expects a loss of
about $1.3 million in the first quarter of 1998 stemming from
the costs of its management restructuring and an advertising
campaign.
The chewing gum maker said it restated its earnings as a
result of an inquiry by Nasdaq officials and subsequent
discussions with the Securities and Exchange Commission
concerning the company's accounting treatment for its barter
transactions.>>
Etc., etc.
I brought this issue of barter credits to your attention earlier, you will recall.
Still waiting for that Nabisco deal. Right.
This company is a piece of crap.
What would it take to convince you, I wonder.
