About manipulating elections in illegitimate ways being two sided - not at all. About it not being enough, well its not like I can lay out beyond all doubt proof, but its unlikely for NC, and even more so for the whole election since several states would have to flip. If your charging that it did flip the election the burden of proof is on you (just as it is on those who say Trump really won the popular vote because millions of Clinton's votes were illegal immigrants or otherwise voter fraud)
