I don't think it was just unions, easier compliance's. Such as environmental regulations and building codes. So what happens now if someone wants out of the treaty? Speaking sarcastically, Is this treaty as solid as the ones we have with North Korea or Iran. Who has the leverage on re-negotiations. The US or Mexico. I think the US does, hands down.
