Dave, FAQ gets better all the time...I agree with your assessment... There has been a definate learning curve with these first VLT's in Caracas...As I stated in a previous post there were probably many glitches/bugs/roadblocks to be overcome...the PC chips translation programming error is only one...Plus with the training of locals in all aspects of the VLT's, future shipments should be completed in a more timely manner... The lag times in shipping and customs delays are of the most concern in the future timetable for installation but that portion is out of the control of JV partners...
