Since I'm not printing charts or very many photos, I opted for a very cheap Epson printer from Walmart. It's the second one I've had in some 15 years. I didn't pay much over $50 for it, with ink cartridges. It's a combo printer, scanner and copier as most are these days. It prints fairly fast (not important to me) and produces a very nice photo print when needed. I buy the larger capacity cartridges from Amazon for a good price and consider the package totally adequate. I would certainly recommend taking a look. No need to spend a lot.
