I understand the concern.

But I don't believe we can do away with guaranteed issue without creating more bureaucracy in the form of an assigned risk pool. I'd rather insurance companies do it. But there is a way to do it without causing problems, and it may be they aren't going to.

We need more market economics in the entire system, and if they don't do that the system is going to have issues. Also, you have to take into account that health care systems have now "adjusted" to the new requirements of Obamacare and will have to claw their ways back to something more sensible.

It is a hard thing to do, but starting with repeal is a good approach. I just hope they don't leave us with a pile of shit in the process.
