No Bucks,
Re -- NSM seems to be taking the direction of
providing inexpensive commodity technology for personal devices
that will have application in 80-90% of all personal electronic
devices,

Big words for you No Bucks. Here are some things you should consider when evaluating NSM's strategy.

-- What is the possibity that this market would amount to anything. If not the whole plan is BS, and NSM could end up being bankrupt. (Halla's job is dependant on this.. Most likely we will see his exit soon)
-- What is NSM's previous expertise in this area.
-- Can they pull this off in the face of intense competition from Motorola and other commodity chip makers like LSI, LU, ROK and from Intel.
-- Cyrix has expertise in X86 but is this required for commodity chips.
-- Cyrix is a demonstrated lose r in technology and has no process expertise, has Halla considered this and also the culture thing.
-- Halla's system on a chip didn't fly at LSI. Do you think it will fly.

There are a whole host of other issues.

NSM is a DUD, Cyrixites and NSMites. Invest in another company. There are many others.
