Ed......Since you can't predict the future I would hope you would care.......If you were fortunate to have purchased CPQ several years ago any corrections now wouldn't mean a whole lot.....If you wanted to avoid a lengthy correction after purchasing in the 'here and now' you would want to try to Buy at the appropriate time......It is possible for those who bought at 79 to have a long wait before being at break even........At one point AT&T was around 70 per share and corrected backward but didn't return to 70 for almost 20 years.....Not that this is what is going to happen to CPQ but I personally don't buy anything with the idea of blindly holding it forever.....There are valid ways to determine trends, both down and up.....Many people get caught in blind purchasing, then blindly hold when they should be selling....That goes for CPQ and any other company, IMHO........George
