To sell, though, Softbank must make an SEC filing. Of course, we may know of the filing after the sale. Does anyone know upto what percent of total holdings Softbank (or some other insider) can sell without a filing well in advance? I doubt, though, that Softbank has an urgency to sell Yahoo! rightaway. He may even keep buying more to prop up the price for some more time with a hope to sqeeze shorts. We will see.

I expect the price to move up this week. Of course, I could be wrong, but I expect the markets in general to be strong for the next 2 or 3 weeks as the pension money comes flowing in. Stocks still above it's 10 day ma. Earnings are next week. The market will do what it can to confound the greatest number of people. Of course I could be wrong, I will let the tape tell me the direction.
