The UK hasn't left the EU yet.

I wouldn't be surprised if there are informal negotiations going on, but I doubt there is any serious formal negotiation at the moment (partially because their still in the EU, and partially because of the presidential transition, and partially because I haven't heard of anything along these lines), in any case they can't really enter in to a bilateral treaty with the US until they are actually out of the EU.
