Mario, I do not instigate personal attacks...I respond to them full speed ahead. You've tagged my view as always bearish...it's wrong. This company is speculative with a single issue that will make or break the story...the oil.

I have stated many times that I have placed my bet on aipn finding oil. That is as bullish--ultimately bullish--a comment that can be made in regards to a stock like aipn.

Now if you go through that list of previous posts, Mario, you'll find my position on this a dozen times. I also comment on the real problems facing aipn. It's poor cash position along with its history of securing financing at the expense of dilution. I also never bought into the possibility of a huge JV being signed and posted my reasons for thinking this unlikely. I do, as you noted, take no prisoners in pointing out that the stock is having some problems and trending down.

But given the context that I think oil will be found in commercial quantities my other statements are more realistic then pessimistic. And if certain issues are bearish I'll evaluate them and post my thoughts.

Did you notice that the last couple news releases from aipn were about evaluating Begesh/Chikuduk? Did you also notice that during the week prior to their release I initiated a discussion about Chikuduk and my position on its importance? I'm bringing this up, Mario, to point out that I do make a real effort to get inside the issues and determine a probable sequence of events that might ultimately lead to success as a shareholder.

But I also keep the negatives up front and center at all times. It's prudent when the company in question lacks any fundamentals to help maintain a support level.

Mario, I have followed this thread for quite some time now(was basically run off (Sept?)) by you(Gneat ,farris etc)/ and the upbeat hype BS and have just lurked instead of participating since then. My oberservation -< I'm asking the question in a bullish way.> Why is it, your questions are not asked in a neutral manner to determine your bullishness/bearishness position. It appears you ask,as you say, in a bullish manner and won't entertain a bearish answer. Why ask at all, if you aren't capable of simply weighing the facts(answers) to aid in determining,or redetermining(this isn't a crime) where your sentiment should lie (spelling?)? Granted it's human nature to be defensive about your position, but your opinion isn't worth salt if it isn't based on a decision rendered from fact wieghing of both pro and con...just an oberservation..Kenny

So what if it does? That is what is so amazing about some of you people, one hint or wiff of a negative about this stock and it's attack mode. You just did it to me and I choose to ignore it. So why don't you do the same instead of attacking.

Most of the non rah-rah stuff is legit to debate in a lucid way, but instead you choose to attack it in a pitbull manner. I point out that the underlying price of crude is at a two year low and I get trashed for it. I didn't trade it down with my comments, the commodiity traders at the MERC did that. API data shows that there is deteriotating conditions for the time being in the use of crude, not me. I observe this data and came to a conclusion that suggest to me that there is a glut of crude not a shortage. Fact is that the commodity traders aren't impressed.

Now we can go back to another attack and that was Asia's Flu. That is another dampening affect on the underlying price. Those crowded streets in Bangkok aren't so crowd now. The air is getting better to breathe. Ooops, that flies in the face of the AIPN bulls about world demand. Well, Mario, I didn't script this nor manipulate it, nor have some sinister plan that I implemented to wreck the frieght train. I guess that is some bad news that everyone in your camp would just like to forget, not know or don't care to consider. Is it legit to debate? Absolutely and it will translate into oil companies parrying back exploration projects until more favorable conditions exsist. Will that affect AIPN? It lessens their position of demanding big money from a JV at this time.

You clowns tried to chase me out of this board and I refused to allow it. Leave if you want, but you should be stubborn as I was about it.
