New undervalued sectors hard to find. One you mentioned, housing is on my watch list. My only holding is the MHOpA but it is non cumulative and has some debt covenant provisions that trigger if/when EPS/profit miss some minimum target.

I do maintain a housing watch list and will need to dust that off and drill down into some of those companies.

fertilizer stocks. Completed emptying my basket of fertilizer stocks. Have lost patience with the sector, and have now exited all positions held.

I post to offer my closing as contra indicator, i.e. maybe it's time for others who've patience,knowledge, and/or expertise to look at the sector with a view to establish positions.
