As your income goes up so do your medicare premiums. A, B and C. Still have to pay them even if you opt for advantage plan.

Then there are supplemental plans if you opt for standard medicare.

600 a month is not unheard of.

I don't see how you could have a total premium of $600.00 for a Medicare advantage plan and still have any co pays.
