I bought a SSD from Newegg. An hour later, when I received an email acknowledging my purchase, I noticed they had an old address for shipping (probably my fault since I had moved out-of -state a few months before). Immediately emailed them about the error and asked them to intercept. Got the run around on if they could do that. Made several attempts to intercept in the shipping process, without luck. It showed up at the old address, several days later. Was fortunate to know the couple that bought our house and they forwarded it to our new home. Newegg removed me from their push email list. Surprised b/c, other than that, I have had good service from them.

On another note, I bought a new Canon printer through their online replacement program. Of course it included ink jet cartridges, but it you wanted "extra full cartridges", you had to order then separately. Canon cartridges are made from black, opaque plastic, so they are a challenge to refill. Easier to buy the generic replacements, but I am still looking for an online source that I can trust.

As always, let the buyer beware.
