In many of those cases, the authorities appear to have looked the other way. The FBI investigated both the Orlando shooter and the Boston bombers for months; the Army was aware that Nidal was on the crazy train, but kept him in uniform.

Even today the FBI admits that the Ft. Lauderdale shooter came to them first with voices of ISIS in his head.

We are treating these people as criminals instead of illegal combatants. That allows our Leftist lawyers to stop us cold from doing anything. This guy should have been held by the FBI, turned over to the CIA for processing, then, at the least, deported out of the country. As a illegal combatant we could have done this. As a criminal none of this can happen.

The fact that he is a nut does not change what we should do. An act of war would get us around his citizenship.
