When a guy shows up who tells you he is watching ISIS videos and dressing and saluting like an ISIS member, our present procedure of criminalizing his behavior and thereby doing nothing is the result.

Sounds like one must carry an al Qaeda/ISIS Membership card in order to be taken seriously. They keep repeating that they checked him and he had no foreign connections. Tell that to the families of those who got shot in the head at FLL yesterday.

As far as flying in the U.S., they already have.
