Ok. But the logic is, we all pay a fair share or I pay nothing, the current system. Your idea helps awareness but the programs don't get funded that way, so it is mental trickery to offer the item on the form. Maybe 4 or 5% make a small contribution. I am not comfortable with the trickery aspect. I would rather see a cooperative congress who are straight talkers to the voters.
