One last post... because you might need to think about this one. Where are the documents that substantiate the float?? Did the company state that the TA confirmed the quantity of shares in the float?? If they didn't... then did you call the TA yourself??. (they shouldn't tell you anything) So on who's information or on what documentation (such as filings) do you base your claim that the TA confirmed that amount in the float?? Did Riley tell you this?? But you're not a member of the Cartel, remember.... Would you rely solely on another man's opinion for your diligence?? HOW DO YOU KNOW??? The answer: You don't... And neither do I.
