However, the kit and caboodle is such a catastrophic failure that it needs to be wiped out and replaced with a more socially propitiatory system. I have no clue what that might be. I can't get that far out of the box. Even if I could, it wouldn't be feasible to implement due to the difficulty of getting support. The only model we have other than the extant one with enough familiarity to get enough footing to even be considered is socialism. I think we have to look to reforming what we have. Or we could break up the country and have each segment start from scratch.
