Well, one thing about the Israelis ... they don't pussyfoot around.

They've already cordoned off the district where that trash came from. You can be sure they'll not be too concerned about getting all that time consuming "Search Warrant paper work" done before they start breaking down doors of any suspects .....

No-drive list doesn't work. The German Moslem hijacked a truck, killing the driver. Wait at a traffic light, climb aboard, shoot the driver. Take over the truck. Head downtown to somewhere where there are lots of people.

<<I don't think we can ban trucks, but my god when are we going to have a no drive list? >>

Locking the cockpit door, and carrying a weapon would help. Having a dead-man switch on the truck would work really well.

I installed such a switch on my BSA Bantam Major 53 years ago - I put it in the spark circuit, hidden behind a panel, because in those days a motorbike could start by simply hopping on, turning the switch to open the fuel, kicking the kick starter and off you go. I didn't want somebody taking my venerable machine.

Here is an example of the BSA Bantam Major.
