Gary Taubes' earlier books are very good. So I will definitely be checking that one out.
He is, no doubt stepping on many toes, including those of Big Sugar, which is right up there
with Big Tobacco and Big Oil in my book.

Thanks. That's good to know. I bought the book this morning at Barnes and Nobles and have read the first chapter. It's purpose is to frame the argument. If I'm convinced, it will mean a rather large diet change, or rather, changes. Not looking forward to that.
