It is and nobody knows ... there is been speculation however bottom line is nobody knows... Lidak did buy world rights back from BMY in 97 that is in the 10K that is fact.. presumably that is good business move?? they may have been trying to renegociate with BMY now they hired "start up solutions " new business developer extraordinaire... BMY already pissed off from global shut out may have seen that coming and said no thank you...that is speculation or BMY may have a conflict of interest since it came out of their legal that is speculation or BMY was caught off guard by the very quick NDA disclosure that is fact again.. remember there were many on record in this thread a couple of months ago that swore up and down the NDA would take a year to file and they did not believe Dc Katz statement when he simply said he would file by years end.. Well he filed that is fact.. and that is record time... 4 months luis
