LOL! You blame OBAMA. How special. If not for Republicans and the NRA, the cops might have at least been able to KEEP the guy's pistol when he turned it over to them and declared himself mentally ill and a danger to the public. If not for Ronald Reagan emptying and closing the nations mental hospitals in the 1980's and putting the loonies out on to be homeless on the streets, the cops might have had a bin in which to put the vet.
