Here are the Vegas odds prior to today. Seattle for some reason isn't getting too much respect from the betting public. I personally would absolutely not bet on the Cowboys. And though I admit much of that is based on emotion as a Giants fan, I truly don't think Prescott has the ability (yet) to go all the way.

Super Bowl Money Odds (Payout Per $100 Bet.)
New England Patriots +$170 (17 to 10)
Dallas Cowboys +$400 (4 to 1)
Pittsburgh Steelers +$800 (8 to 1)
Atlanta Falcons +$850 (17 to 2)
Green Bay Packers +$850 (17 to 2)
Kansas City Chiefs +$1,000 (10 to 1)
Seattle Seahawks +$1,200 (12 to 1)
New York Giants +$1,500 (15 to 1)
Houston Texans +$6,000 (60 to 1)
Miami Dolphins +$11,500 (115 to 1)

Everything went wrong for the Seahawks today. I could itemize it, but it would take too long. Suffice to say it was equal parts the bounce of the ball and dumb penalties. Of course, nothing tops the disastrous 86 yard penalty that may have ended Seattle's season right then and there.
