Yes, there is a high murder rate in this country, BUT it will be found in those areas where the density of population is extremely high, where the general level of education is low, where the rate of unemployment is particularly high, where it is extremely difficult to carry out normal levels of policing, etc, etc....
Sounds a lot like Chicago.

So, what is the government of your country, or it's 9 provinces, doing to encourage private capital to develop ways to use those valuable minerals to better advantage directly in South Africa? That process needs an appropriate regulatory climate, appropriate education, as well as both human and capital resources.

The developed world is completely awash with money, waiting only for compelling opportunities to put it to work in those places where it can earn appropriate returns, wherever they may be.
