<<<As of this writing, IMMU is down 5.6%, after the company announced earlier this morning a new management plan and—unexpectedly—shares purchased up until January 19 can be voted at the Annual Meeting.

I guess this is the market's verdict on management's alternative.>>>

Yep. I see the market is voting on the latest IMMU Plan for Shareholder Destruction. It seems like every time they open their mouths the stock price goes down.

I am all-in on VB now (as if I wasn't before).

What a pathetic offer. Obvious desperation. Seems to me upon cursory reading that this is an admission that they KNOW venbio is going to win. Where did they dig up these people? Is there a list of Bod for hire out there?

On another note, it costs 12m and 8 m up front to get rid of the g's. and we pay yuge royalties to doc forever.

I suppose there is no way to reduce that drain. Even the CFO loser they got last year walks off with $1m in gold.
