I don't think I've wandered away from the point, as my argument is not that smoking should be permitted everywhere: simply that it should be permitted for an adult to smoke where it is clearly labelled as being permitted, in a place that one can easily avoid, such as a restaurant or bar, which advertises clearly that one will encounter smokers smoking. I really am going to sleep now...probably to dream of 12 smokers smoking, eleven possums leaping, ten freezers freezing....
