Hey Greg~It gives me great confidence to know that somebody on our humble thread here can actually comprehend that formula you just threw out there, and will be looking out for our best interests!! Wonder if you could help me figure out the gallons of water in my kidney-shaped pool?

Regards,

Rick

Hi Greg,

If I buy a leap and sell the short term call on it, if the price of the stock goes up and I choose not to cover my position, how does the money all get settled out at expiration? I would assume that I would have to sell the leap to cover the difference.

many thanks in advance.

Richard
